Hey I was interested in buying a low req shield for pvp monk. Could anyone help me out with understanding prices/availability of various ALs and reqs and skins? Any help would be appreciated!

q7 tactics 16AL - do these exist/drop? in what skins? what price?
q7 tactics 15AL - do these exist/drop? in what skins? what price?
q6 tactics ?? - at other requirement levels what is the max AL and in what skins do they drop/price?

q7/16tac would be very expensive if you would want pvp mods
q8/16 is still possible to get, it is possible to drop in (almost) every skin, popular skins are worth more obviously. this could go from 5e-2500e (dunno how much q8 darkwing is)
q7/15 is also still possible, same as q8/16
q6/14 is also the same as q8/16
the rest is like this: q5/13, q4/12, q3/11, q2/10, q1/9, q0/8

You can only get a q7 16 armor shield in the uninscribable variety. The odds of a q7 Max shield with +30/+10 vs damage for Pvp is insanely small. And it would cost more than a small fortune if one happened to exist on an active account.

Everything else listed can be found fairly common on inscribeable of various colors. Blues are pretty common.

since no one mentioned price - you can expect about 20e/each for q8/16 and q7/15 for fairly common skin+blue rarity.

7/16 shields can't drop any more. So as Surge says, they are insanely rare. There is a set of three 7/16 celestial shields with pvp mods out there somewhere, but at least 1500e each, probably more if you can find them. I sold that set a year or so ago for 3000e.

8/16 and 7/15 still drop, so aren't so expensive, with the notable exception of Darkwing defenders and Enamelled shields. There is a couple of 7/15 darkwings on Kushy's thread I think, but he's asking an insane 200a each.

Apart from that, expect to pay:
15-25e for 7/15 and 8/16 common blue skins, more for the rarer skins.
45-75e for gold versions of the same common skins.
More for rarer skins of course.

On another note, I recently sold a 7/16 shield with -2/Ench -2/stance (dual reduction)for 1500e to a player saying he wanted it for pvp. I don't know if those are pvp mods, but that's what he claimed. I may be prepared to sell some more like this one from my collection, but you'll have to impress me

draconic, amethyst and exalted aegis (inscr.) only drops out of chests at the end of dungeons or like zaishenchest, so you will not find them in q8 or q7.
